Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silver Rebirth. We want you to feel aligned and confident in your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Pre-Orders

Because our pre-order items are often made-to-order or part of a limited production run:

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is processed into our production cycle.

Returns: Pre-ordered items follow our standard return policy once delivered.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or "Clearance" items.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at  s.livingston@silverrebirth.com

 with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
